As part of its commitment to innovation and sustainability, ACE sought to improve energy resilience, reduce operating costs, and explore renewable technologies for its headquarters operations.
The Solution
ACE partnered with Arvio Technology to design and install a complete, containerised Battery Energy Storage System (BESS). The solution includes:
- 240kWh of ultra-safe, long-life Arvio Titan LTO batteries
- Integrated EJOS™ Battery Management System (BMS) and energy control software
- A 108kW rooftop solar array for clean, on-site generation The system was engineered and delivered in a 20-foot modular container, enabling quick deployment with future scalability.

The Result
ACE now enjoys reliable blackout protection, peak load management, and EV charging capacity—while cutting energy costs significantly. The Nunawading site has also become a national showcase for advanced BESS technology, fully monitored through Arvio’s smart EJOS™ platform to ensure optimal long-term performance. ACE’s investment in Arvio’s technology reinforces its leadership in sustainable construction and future-ready infrastructure.
